Sunroot began with a simple idea: that meaningful connection and creativity have the power to bring people back to themselves and to each other.

My name is Teagan, and I created Sunroot as a space where women can slow down, gather, and experience wellness in a way that feels welcoming, real, and community-centered.

As a certified yoga teacher and Pennsylvania licensed esthetician, I’ve always been drawn to practices that help people feel more at home in their bodies and more connected to their everyday lives. But over time, I realized that what many of us are really craving isn’t just another class or workshop — it’s community.

A space where we can move, create, learn, and grow together.

That vision is what became Sunroot.

Sunroot is a women-centered wellness and creative community rooted in connection, creativity, and intentional gathering.

Through yoga classes, creative workshops, skincare education, and collaborative events with local businesses, Sunroot creates experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways.
